 导管内乳头状瘤

 导管内肿物，排列乳头状，细胞成分不单一，胞界不清，有双层细胞，乳头有纤维血管轴心，考虑导管内乳头状瘤，建议免疫组化：P63、CK5、ER等。期待最后结果。。。

 可能是导管内乳头状瘤（上皮生长活跃or UDH）。建议检测肌上皮标记

 尽管细胞丰富，但并不一致，首先考虑导管内乳头状瘤。

Strongly favor benign lesion - complex sclerosing lesion with papillomatosis, sclerosing adenosis and apocrine metaplasia. Unless really worry about invasive carcinoma, immunostains may not be too helpful.

 导管内乳头状瘤，做免疫P63.

 Agree that mostly this is benign intraductal papilloma or sclerosing adenosis or intraductal sclerosing papilloma. I cannot get the conclusion because I cannot see the entire lesion in the low power. I will do IHC stains for myoepithelial markers to rule invasion (vs sclerosing adenosis) and atypical papilloma even though the chance of atypical or invasive lesions in this case is extremely small.  I will choose benign for this case if  this is a test question. However it will be different in true clinical practice. As a pathologist  I want to sleep well after I release cases.
