Irregular serrated glands with secretory changes and other glands appear proliferativfe; also seen might be stromal condensation and hemorrhage present; gland:stroma ratio approximately 1:1. No features of atypical hyperplasia or carcinoma.  Agree with the diagnosis of perimenopausal irregular menstrual shedding (may be dysfunctional uterine bleeding). Difficult case to interpret.  Thanks.

我个人的意见可能是慢性炎症使得腺体和间质不同步
