看起来就是鳞癌的感觉；抗炎治疗有效可能是暂时的吧。至少报个：疑癌。建议：纤支镜活检或肺穿活检。

自己是医务工作者，往往反而容易忽视，人总是喜欢为自己往好的地方想，谁也不会想到自己会生癌，让其做肺穿也是犹豫半天，东问问西问问，人多嘴多，总有意见相左的，最后也就不穿了。所以说医生看不好自己的病是有道理的，就象我，科里技术员的痰明明是非常典型的腺癌，还是找出任何理由希望不是http://www.ipathology.cn/forum/forum_display.asp?keyno=91822。如果她们不是医院里职工，可能早就手术了。

 肿瘤有时不折腾可能活的时间更长，只要你不动它，有的癌可能处于静止状态。

不过这一例我连续做了五次都是阴性，说明这例标本可能搞错了，进修医生搞错标本的可能性最大，送检科室贴错标签的可能性也可能。

教训：

1、在与临床诊断不符时，不要轻易下结论，最好让病人再送一次。

2、加强进修生安全与责任心教育。

 About doctors diagnosing our own or friends' problems, i would like to share our situation here:

All the physicians here have our own physicians.  Like me, i am a healthy woman, but i have my own primary care physician, OB/GYN doc., ohphalmologist, ENT doc, allergy specialist, dentist or any specialist i need. I don't think we should treat our own or our relative's disease.  My husband and sons have their own doctors.  When i was working in tertiary care hospitals, we used to get very famous people's specimens, but the specimens are numbered instead of their true names, just to ensure they get fair treatment.  This is just the contrary to the "back door" situation in China.  Of coure when i pick my physicians, i have to investigate and ask around to get a good one.

I swear during my work, i treat each specimen equally.  Sometimes i recognize people's names, but i keep it to myself, never share it with anybody, so called physician-patient confidentiality agreement (HIPPA law in US).
