endometrial adenocarcinoma, mixed types (papillary serous, endometrioid, and villoglandular) (we usually give percentage of each type), nuclear grade 2-3, FIGO grade 2 (determined mainly by percentage of solid area and usually only apply for endometrioid type; high nuclear grade bumps up FIGO grade by 1). Sounds complicated, sorry.
