Immunohistochemical stains have to be done on this case to distinguish among a few important differential diagnoses - synaptophysin and NSE to rule in central neurocytoma, GFAP and EMA to rule in ependymoma, and AE1 to see if this could be atypical choroid plexus papilloma. I personally favor ependymoma. Looking forward to see the immunohistochemistry results.
