 需要和Differentiated Vulvar Intraepithelial Neoplasia （分化性外阴上皮内瘤变）鉴别

1、 Differentiated VIN (dVIN, VIN of simplex type) is significantly less common than HSIL；

2、Patients with dVIN are usually postmenopausal and often suffer from associated lichen sclerosus or lichen simplex chronicus；

3、dVIN is typically not associated with HPV；

4、This finding was of value in distinguishing dVIN from lichen simplex chronicus, which expressed only superficial or focal immunoreactivity with CK-17；
