This is a case fro other hospital. The patient have a ppointment to see our gynecologist. This is why we need to review the case and sign out a report for our gynecologist and the patient. The original diagnosis is ovarian high grade serous carcioma. pT3b with peritoneal metastasis beyond pelvis 2 cm.
