造釉细胞瘤的恶性形式有两种：恶性造釉细胞瘤和造釉细胞癌。这是不一样的，不要搞混了。这里把定义给贴上来：

Tumors demonstrating ameloblastomatous differentiation and evidence of malignancy are separated into two categories. Malignant ameloblastoma refers to a well-differentiated metastasizing ameloblastoma that cytopathologically is identical to its benign counterparts in both the primary site and all metastatic deposits.Some authorities believe the term malignant ameloblastoma is ambiguous and prefer metastasizing ameloblastoma.In contrast, ameloblastic carcinoma demonstrates cytopathologic features of malignancy in the primary tumor, a recurrence, or any metastatic foci. Both types of malignancy are quite rare, with fewer than 100 cases reported when both types are combined.

可以这样理解：恶性造釉细胞瘤又称转移性造釉细胞瘤，转移灶和原发灶的细胞学表现均为良性（这与子宫平滑肌瘤肺转移相似）

造釉细胞癌具有恶性肿瘤的细胞学特征。
