It is not easy case and need to work up. Extansive section of the specimen to make sure there is no glandular component. If no any glandular component present, we generally do not consider 分叶状肿瘤. Differential dx include sarcoma or metaplastic carcinoma. Multiple cytokeration stains must be performed, especially in the spindle cell areas.
AE1/AE3, cam5.2, ck5/6, p63, 34b-E12, ck14, ck17
