Based on the stains and cytomorphologic features, I agree with above dx. It is more like a low grade endometrial stromal tumor (pos for CD10, neg for desmin, sma. Caldesmon is relatively specific marker for smooth muscle tumor.
It is better to use several markers for uterine mesenchymal tumors.
It is true that the growth pattern of this tumor is rare. Cannot find a name for it. However it is good enough for clinicians and patients if we can confirm it is a low grade em stromal sarcoma.
If you have more similar cases, you can do a clinicopathologic study with prognostic follow-up. You can give a name for them.
