低分化透明细胞型鳞状细胞癌

瘤细胞大部分为巢状分布，偶见腺样结构

间质纤维化，炎细胞浸润，见大片瘤性坏死

瘤细胞大部分胞浆丰富透明，核大小不等异性明显

考虑肺原发癌，鉴别透明细胞型鳞癌和腺癌。
