大体上看到一个平滑肌瘤，镜下的不会看……

 也不会看……粘膜下肌瘤？子宫内膜息肉么，又没看到粗大血管。后面几图鳞状上皮是宫颈部位的取材么？

问个问题，怎么大体标本照片好多人都偏爱用蓝色背景呀？

Couple thoughts here and would like to discuss and share with you all. When you post a case, the followings are important aspects you may want to consider:

1) When you post a case, please specifify the question you have. in your mind.  In that way, we can concentrate on the problem with more focused discussions. Also it is helpful for other's to understand the case better.

2) When post a case, it is important to provide a brief clinical information, such as patient's age and clinical manifestation, such as PMB, abnormal PAP and so on. Age may be one of the most important factors in discussing GYN pathology cases.

3) To protect patient's privacy and to avoid future legality issues, we should NEVER EVER post patient's real name which is irrelavant to the case discussion, but will subject the website for legal issues in some circumstances. In western countries including US, patient's privacy is the top priority for doctors. I hope we all are sensitive in protecting patient's privacy. I want you all understand that I will not response to any cases with patient's real information unprotected here. This is my moral baseline.

1）上传病例时，首先在脑子里仔细想想你的疑问，这样，我们可以更加集中地讨论问题，也有助于其他人更好地理解病例。

2）上传病例时，提供简要的临床信息很重要，如患者的年龄、临床表现如绝经后出血（？）、异常细胞等，年龄是妇科病例讨论中最重要的因素之一。

3）要保护患者的隐私，以避免将来不必要的法律纠纷，我们永远不要上传患者的真实姓名，这些内容与病例讨论无关，但在一些情况下会给网站带来法律纠纷。在西方国家包括美国，病人的隐私是医生首先要考虑的。我希望大家要有保护患者隐私的意识。希望大家理解，我不会对任何不保护患者隐私的病例做出反应，这是我的道德地线。
