It is difficult case. endometrioid borderline tumor or ca? You need to check your slides carefully to see if there is stromal infiltration or confluent growth size. Some people consder the tumor with 3-5 mm confluent growth as carcinoma, even though some do not agree.
Endometrioid borderline tumor is relative rare compared with serous borderline tumor.
Feeling it is carcinoma case. Of cause I cannot make dx only based on your photos.
