I don't think this is EIC, endometrial intraepithelial carcinoma which is the precursor for papillary serous carcinoma.  This is surface eosinophilic metaplasia plus degenerative changes.  There are lots of small inflammatory cells from low power, look for plasma cells, maybe it is a case of chronic endometritis.

EIC and papillary serous carcinoma usually happen in older patients, not in a 39 years old.

It appears reactive in nature.
