Yes, it (mucoepidermoid carcinoma) is on top of my differential diagnosis. Suggest do a mucin stain.

 

An anaplastic thyroid carcinoma also needs to be ruled out in this case (an old patient with a rapid growing mass showing high-grade cytological features)
