A 10cm mass in the proximal stomach. What is your impression?

标本名称：	mass of the proximal stomach
简要病史：	Recent weight loss of 4 kilograms. No dysplasia or GI bleeding.
肉眼检查：	A 10 cm mass below the GI junction. No gross ulcer. Serial sections reveal that the mass is confined within the mucosal layer.

Images 1-5: edge of the mass

Images 6-10: middle portion of the mass

The diagnosis will be posted on April 27.
