右上腹胀痛不适一月余.巨检:肝组织一块11X5X5CM,剖开内见2X2CM大小的灰白色肿块.64岁女性.

尽管间质反应多，但胞浆内有胆汁，还是考虑肝细胞癌。检测乙肝标记，查看癌周有无肝硬化有助于诊断。

The neoplastic epithelia have features of hepatocytic differentiation, and are consistent with that seen in hepatocellular carcinoma.

Consistent with hepatocellular carcinoma.

If you are not sure, Hep-Par-1 and cananicular pattern stain with polycloncal CEA would indicate hepatocellular differentiation and glypican-3 is an excellent marker to differentiate HCC from benign nodules.

How about the patients breast? If there is possibility of the metastatic breast cancer 乳腺癌转移? Even through there is indeed cytoplasm pigment in tumor cells.
