If you are not comfortable with signing out pathology report by yourself, consider the reason(s) why. If it is due to your personality, then you have to nap out of your old self and get used to it. If, on the other hand, you don't feel confident in your own diagnostic capability, then gain more confidence by reading more and asking for assistance from senior pathologists you trust. It is very important to have more experienced pathologists around to give you advice. Hope this analysis helps.
