- 双侧卵巢肿物，排除转移后怎么诊断？（今天胃镜示胃癌）

虽然低倍图片有些像硬化性间质瘤，虽然硬化性间质瘤的瘤细胞有时很怪异，甚至像印戒细胞。但是本例为双侧卵巢受累，年轻女性，还是首选krukenberg瘤。建议1先查查胃，2做PAS染色，也可做IHC标记。

Before we suggest the patient should have GI exam, we as pathologists should work on the case first., such as IHC stains. AS above mentioned ck7/ck20/cdx2/vilin, also ER, PR can be performed. Based on the morpology and IHC result, we can give our dx with suggestion.
I agree it likes a metastatic tumor based on the photos.
