It is 子宫内膜样癌, but not like 浆乳癌 based on the cytomorphology. Endometrioid carcinoma can show papillary structure.
For difficult case, you can do WT1 and P53 stains.
80-90% serous carcinomas are positive for both, wherase most cases of endometrioid carcinoma will be negative for both.
It can be diagnosed as endoemtrioid ca if your last two photos represent the entire lesion.

I do not know why these new photos look like mucinous ca. Generally mucinous ca and endometrioid ca can be easily to distinguish by reading the true glass slides. If it is an ovarian mucious tumor, we generally order ck7/ck20/CDX2 to rule out metastatic tumor.
