额叶占位,视力下降

I suspect this is a WHO grade I microcystic meningioma or metastatic carcinoma of renal cell type (clear cell RCC). Can you see if there are menigothelial whorls, psammoma bodies, or do EMA and PR immunostains to prove or exclude this possibility? RCC, CD10, vimentin, and AE1 are also helpful. I don't think this is clear cell meningioma, chordoma, central neurocytoma, hemangioblastoma, oligodendroglioma, ependymoma or DNET.

我怀疑这例是WHO1级的微囊型脑膜瘤或转移性肾透明细胞癌。不知是否能看到脑膜上皮漩涡结构、沙粒体或者EMA 、PR染色来证实或排除脑膜瘤的可能性。免疫组化RCC、CD10、vim、AE1有一定帮助。我不考虑透明细胞型脑膜瘤、脊索瘤、中枢神经细胞瘤、血管母细胞瘤、少突胶质细胞瘤、室管膜瘤或胚胎发育障碍的神经上皮肿瘤。（liguoxia71译）
