Is this a conization or LEEP specimen? Or is it just a biopsy specimen? Orientation of tissue fragments of biopsied cervical mucosa during paraffin embedment may not be easy all the time. This would result in tangential cut on histologic sections prepared, making interpretation of the degree of squamous epithelial dyaplasia and whether there is invasive squamous cell carcinoma and, if there is, the exact depth of invasion very difficult. That said, I think this case is an invasive squamous cell carcinoma. I don't have enough information to measure the depth of invasion.
