Please make your best effort to describe the lesion so that we develop an accurate picture in our mind without having to see the actual specimen. Include detailed gross and microscopic appearances of the lesion. This is very important for others to give useful opinions.

Your photographs show an area of stromal cell proliferation and associated small lymphocytic infiltration. They appear to be taken from one area and do not fit the features of any common ovarian neoplasms. Therefore you will find very few Huaxia members willing to give opinion based on these information.

Please provide more information if possible. The word "cystic wall" was mentioned in your gross description. Is the ovarian tumor cystic focally? If so, can you estimate the ratio of solid to cystic areas in volume? If there is a cystic component, please sample the cystic wall lining and take some representative photos of the lining to show. As for the solid areas, please look for any epithelial elements and take photos to show us. Thank you.
