Morphologically it is most likely benign sclerosing stromal tumor (SST), given patient's young age. Approximately 80% of SST occur in women younger than 30. This case has many more luteinized stromal cells than usual. You should rule out Krukenberg tumor (KT)whenever you entertain sclerosing stromal tumor since krukenberg tumor can have signet ring cells mimicking sclerosing stromal tumor. If you want to apply IHC, you can simply use two antibodies: calretinin (pos for SST) and AE1/3 (pos for KT).
