This is at least HSIL. I will make sure to search features of invasive carcinoma, such as tumor diathesis, prominent nucleoli and cytoplasm pleomorphism. I can see a few cells forming tadpole-like morphology (蝌蚪型状） and background is not clean. When you see this kind of morphology, you should be alerted to search evidence of invasive carcinoma. I am not saying that this case is invasive carcinoma, just want to make sure you have searched for it and exclude it.
