Your mean "disordered proliferative endometrium"? It is widely used in US. I attended an endometrial pathology conference at Harvard Medical School a few months ago, they approve the use of it too. Some endometrial glands are cystically dilated, indicating anovulatory cycle or persistent estrogen stimulation.

一般认为，不规则增殖是正常内膜对于无排卵周期的生理反应，几乎见于所有围绝经期妇女，通过诊刮即可治愈。而“增生症”表明一种不正常状态，往往需要激素等治疗。迄今未见有DP发展为癌的报道，多数恢复正常，约20%进展成增生症。
DP，以往认为 介于增殖期于单纯增生之间的一种状态，Normal → → → DP→ → → Hyperplasia，who现无此诊断将其归为为灶状单纯性增生，不过个人认为这种状态肯定存在.WHO是人定的，你要用这个我觉得也可以不过你得和临床沟通你诊断的含义。
