The stain was too bad.
In fact I saw a lot of Pap smears here were prepared very poorly. We should have quilty control in China. Pap smeans should be prepared by Pap stain. This is criminal if we still use these kinds of Pap as diagnosis. Remember that gynecologists will treat patients based on our diagnosis. Cervical cacer is still the second most common gynecologic cancer in China, but it is the 7th or 8th common gynecologc cancer in the West. More than half of cervical ca occur in China and Indian now. It is a shame. The cervical ca can be preventable if the women have Pap smear screen correctly and normally. All pathologists should have the responsbility.

问题的关键好象不是巴氏染色或HE染色，好的HE染色，也能看的很清楚，这可能只是习惯和观念问题，巴氏染色在看核染色质上的确比HE染色更清楚一点点，但差异并不是那么大，当细胞有问题时，我有时也会染几张HE染色做一下比较，因为传统宫颈涂片我也喜欢HE染色，我想问题的关键还是制片：这例片子就是制片和染色有问题，固定不佳或苏木素早已经失效（苏木素不是能染上就是好的，也不是一分钟能染上就是好的，很多人的观点是错误的，苏木素染色是有其特有的特性，染细胞涂片500ml，也就是3000-3500张左右，染切片要求更高，只能染1800张，我们常规切片苏木素三天就要更换，涂片一星期左右，主要看片子的量，只有量化才能保证质量，我们要的是苏木素与细胞核的化学反应，而当苏木素很容易上色时，往往是物理的粘附与少量的化学作用，核结构就差了）。国内很多医院病理科对技术并不重视，认为谁都能做片子，很多人还自认为自己的片子是很好的，这就是导致国内很多片子质量差的原因。

What is the most common cancer in women in China?请问中国妇女第一大癌是什么？
What is the most common cancer in women in the US?请问美国妇女第一大癌是什么？
好象都是乳腺癌。不知对否。
