黏液型上皮，中度异型，卵巢型的间质（图10，14），发生于胰腺体尾部，符合胰腺黏液性囊性肿瘤，交界性。鉴别诊断是导管内黏液性乳头状肿瘤，此瘤发生于导管系统，胰头多发，而前者与导管系统无关，体尾部多发。 |

I did not see significant dysplasia. Only focal low-grade dysplasia is present. in the sections submitted.
For this cystic lesion, I suggest to submit the whole mass for histology examination.

非常好的鉴别诊断。我没看到明显的增生异常。在所给切片中仅有局灶性的低级别增生异常。对于囊性病变，我建议整个囊壁全部做检查。
