If you have never done cytology before, it is dangerous for you to make cytology diagnosis without formal training. Study is a gradual process. I do not think you can be ready in just a week without structural training. Some hospitals jump on liquid-based cytology for obvious finiancial benefit purpose without carign too much of diagnostic quality control, to me that is the most dangerous pathology practice, since it will eventually ruin your career and ruin the pathologists reputation in whole.

以前没看过细胞片，一个星期肯定是不够的，至少应该当大医院的细胞病理室学习3个月，半年最好，当然可能是你们科室人太少，主任担心你走了就没人干活了，但你告诉你们主任，今天的学习是为了明天更好的干活。

 我们现在科里有四个人，她说四个人轮着去，她自己先去。他先去学，他自己也没看过细胞片。希望她自己去看了以后能改变主意。

 还是需要学习进修的

 我学习了一个月，出报告时还手颤脚颤，心有余悸。常常把片子提到学习的地方请教。所以学习时和师傅搞好关系是十分重要的，望借鉴。
