I agree with above analysis and differential dx, I favor a binign lesion although mucoepidermoid cancer need to be considered, there is no too much glandular component. Did clinician mention how long this lesion? any association with salivary glands, painful? if this is muco- should be low-grade. You may send it for consultation. 确实再看图片，是觉得可能皮肤混合瘤可能要大些。我只是觉得最后一张图中细胞增大，有异形性，不知道用混合瘤能否解释。
