Invasive ductal carcinoma, nuclear grade 2, histologic grade 2-3 (very poor duct formation), last 2 photos appear to have india filling tumor cells and targetoid whorling, suggesting focal lobular tumor. Don't see DCIS on photos, better found it on slides to be sure.

It is difficult to be sure based on the photos provided. I also worry about infiltrating carcinoma; but be sure to rule out the possibility of lobular carcinoma in-situ, sclerosing adenosis with involvement of LCIS. Look forward to hearing the final answer.
