clear cells with nuclear atypia. No further idea. I would submit the entire specimen, look for mitoses or abnormal mitoses, any focal differentiation. Call the doc to see if patient has malignancy anywhere else (metastatic clear cell tumor?). And of course, never forget our friend in modern pathology: immunostains! Wait to see the results. Thanks.
