是这样翻译的吗?可我无法理解后六幅图怎么就不适于判读呢,那又是什么原因造成的风干呢?我们好像是离心后马上就固定的啊。
Air drying may come from clinicians when they collect specimens. Air drying cells show nuclear smear without any chromating details. If you blow up the last several photos, you will see no chromatin granules and no distinct nuclear membrane. Air drying usually makes nuclei much larger than well preserved cells. Air drying is very common in conventional smears but can occur in liquid based prep too.
We need at least 5000 well preserved squamous cells to call a liquid based pap smear satisfactory for evaluation, that converts to about 5 cells/high power field in my scope (22FN). Conventional smears need >8000 cells (i think) to be satisfactory. Cells obscured by inflammtion and artifacts don't count. In patients status post hysterectomy, the criteria is not as stingent.
