DCIS, nuclear grade 3, solid type. I am not sure if the central necrosis is present in Fig 3, 4. In term of DCIS, pathology report should include nuclear grade, growth pattern, size of the tumor (or DCIS present in how many slides of total submitted slides, if the size is difficult to get sometimes), margins, other benign lesions, microcalcifications (yes or no, association with malignancy or bengin.
