Cannot give a up front diagnosis.. Sorry.  Not a tumor we see every day. Low power views show a paucicellular low grade myxoid tumor.  Doesn't look like nodular faciitis (too myxioid, too hypocellular, no tissue culture like fibroblasts and no extravasated RBC), and i don't favor angiomyofibroblastoma either (myoid instead edematous background, not vascular, too hypocellular).  The high power views (last 2 photos) seem to show nuclear atypia with indentations, mimicking lipoblasts. 望高手出诊！谢谢！

 病史、组织像支持结节性筋膜炎，需除外血管肌纤维母细胞瘤及侵袭性血管粘液瘤。

 黏液样的背景,疏松的梭形细胞,不大的肿块,病史1月,结节性筋膜炎要考虑.
