Agree with hemangioma, specifically lobular capillary hemangioma. In addition, photo 3 has small blue cells without cellular details to define the nature of the cells; photo 6 has groups of basaloid cells with peripheral palisading and clefting; please look for mitotic figures to rule out basal cell carcinoma. Also need to know the diagnosis for the surgery done one month ago. I don't recall lobular capillary hemangioma recurs early (if at all).
