I have to agree with the consensus opinion of above, and call this a mammary carcinoma. The formation of small nests and irregular sheets is certainly more consistent with ductal carcinoma. but histiocytoid/pleomorphic variant of lobular carcinoma can not be excluded. The presence of isolated single cells is very suggestive of infiltrative carcinoma, but I have seen aspirates from pure DCIS that contain these isolated cells. The entire lesion needs to be excised or needle core-biopsied before adequate management is planned.
