 I would like to see more low power views and hopefully provide better quality focused photos.

My first impression is that we are dealing with a "hyper-secretory endometrium". The first thing we need rule out is pregnancy or spontaneous abortion. During pregnancy, some hypersecretory glands can show "atypia", sepecially in Arias-Stella reaction. It can mislead us to a malignant diagnosis. If we rule out pregnancy, then we can focus on neoplastic diseases.

40岁以下的癌少见，我只见过1例。那一例诊刮时我误认为是APA，结果手术标本有癌残留，但无肌层浸润。
