About atypical mitotic figure or karyorrhexis: cells in that photo are all falling apart (degenerative changes). It is impossible and unnecessary to tell them apart.. It is common in our practice that we cannot tell them apart. Under such circumstance, leave it alone and move along to search for other features.
Positive for non-small cell carcinoma with adenocarcinoma features.
