Hypersecretory endometrium. No breakdown or hemorrhage seen in tissue fragments shown here to suggest menstration. Pictures too fuzzy to appreciate stromal changes. It is reasonable to think of gestational endometrium. Patient thought her LMP was a few days ago, but the bleeding may be associated with early pregnancy, not really menstration. It would be too bad for doing this endometrial biopsy if she is really pregnant. While we are struggling here, the OB doc or the patient herself can solve this mystery by doing a simple pregnancy test.
