Not sure it is a cell or not. If there are more than one this structures in the liver and you are sure they are cells, maybe MEGAKARYOCYTES. Before death, patients were on extreme stress and they might release megakaryocytes to peripheral blood which got stuck in organs. I have seen them in liver and lung. In transplant patients, you see them in the lung too, don't mistake for cancer cells.
Stones in the liver are in the biliary system. These structures appears in the sinuses of the liver hepatocellular cords. I really think they are megakaryocytes with significant degenerative changes. We usually see degenerative changes in autopsy organs, especially in large organs like liver.
