Check the photos and above discussion. It is interesting case. I am not a soft tissue pathologist and not have definitive dx for this case, especially only based a few online photos. Feeling this case like a borderline tumor. I may pick up papillary hemangioendothelioma if I am taking an exam.
I am more interested the way a lot of people made your dx. One thing we should know is that pathologists should have evidence to make the dx.

在一次学术会上，我不记得是哪位专家讲过，乳腺没有血管良性肿瘤，考虑血管肉瘤。 I saw many times the similar statement. This is not your evidence for dx. As Dr. Yu mentioned above, I saw many small bengin hemagiomas also. Most cases were accident findings. Hope every one has the concept that hemagioma is present in the breast. Benign hemagioma should be much more common than angiosarcoma. In the large mass vescular lessions it is possible maligant ones are more than benign ones. |
