Chromatin pattern looks like neuroendocrine cells (stippled or salt and pepper pattern).  Without reference of size in the background such as red blood cells or lymphocytes, i have no sense of cell size.  But it doent have typical small cell carcinoma pattern.  Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma? 难啦！ 

Cells are so degenerated.  I am not even sure if i can call this out right as malignant.  As you know, degeneration can make nuclei large dark and even granular.
