I think it is micropapillary carcinoma with comedo necrosis. I cannot tell between DCIS vs. invasive from the photos. I don't favor intraductal papilloma. Besides, nuclear atypia is apparent here and comedonecrosis is always worrisome.
The micropapillary architecture is always worrisome. The difference between micropapillary and papillary (benign sometimes) architectures is: micropapillary doesn't have fibrovascular core which is the case in this patient, papillary has fibrovascular core.
