Looks like malignant cells, but not the usual SCC or adeno. Besides she is too young for those. Desmoplastic small round cell tumor? Some cells are cohesive but don't look like epithelial cells. Not MM. Lymphoma? Too much cytoplasm for lymphoma. Not mesothelioma. Too young. Doen't look like infectious either. Rheumatoid? Lupus?

看似恶性，但不是普通的鳞癌或腺癌，另外也太年轻了。促结缔组织增生性小圆细胞肿瘤？部分细胞有粘附性，但不像上皮细胞。不是恶黑。淋巴瘤？但胞浆太宽。不是间皮瘤，太年轻。也不像感染性病变。风湿？狼疮？
