同意上述讨论：products of conception with degenerative changes. Those are normal chrionic villi.
Molar pregnancy has 2 types: complete and partial. You have to see trophoblastic proliferation in a circumferential pattern (normal trophoblasts are eccentric around villi) and cisterns (spaces) in complete mole and sclerosis in partial mole. Partial mole also shows 2 types of villi: normal villi and abnormal villi.
We see very very early molar pregnancy sometimes when the morphologic features are not well developed. In thses cases, we do IHC or genetic test. p57 if you are suspicious for complete mole, chromosome analysis if you are suspecious for partial mole.
