Aspergillus 吧？ That is the very common fungal infection in sinuses and can cause tisseu necrosis.  The key morphologic features are true hyphae and acute angle branching.  Here the hyphae are too crowded and it seems that i can see only one branching which is acute angle.  To be very sure, you need culture.   But all the clinician needs to know maybe that it is fungal infection so they can give antifungal treatment.

哇！我上周看见一例，与这例很像，我还专门用了瑞氏染色请检验科的人员看看是不是霉菌，他们的回答是菌丝很像，但是没有找见孢子，不敢确认是霉菌。如下图：
