If the photos are representative of the entire lesion, this looks like a WHO grade II oligodendroglioma in temporal lobe. It is never a bad idea to rule out neurocytoma, especially when extraventricular cases have been reported. This can be achieved by doing synaptophysin and NSE immunostains.
