感觉像肉瘤，会不会是胶质肉瘤！！！！胶质瘤的构象太少，如果是，胶质母和黄色瘤性星形细胞瘤的可能性大！

 

This is an astrocytoma, but I am not totally convinced of its grade or type.这是一星形细胞瘤，但是不能完全肯定其分级和分型。 In temporal lobe, astrocytomas with giant cells may be part of a pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma (WHO grade II). 颞叶的星形细胞瘤有巨细胞可以是多形性黄色星形细胞瘤的组成部分(WHO  II级).。Is there tumor necrosis? 真有肿瘤性坏死吗？Hw often do you find mitotic figures? 你查见了多少个核丝分裂？Are there eosinophilic granular bodies?有嗜酸性颗粒小体吗？ Are there dysplastic neurons?有发育不良的神经元细胞吗？ Was the lesion partially cystic on pre-surgical MRI? 术前的核磁片子上有囊性变吗？Was there contrast enhancement?有核磁对比增强片吗？ These questions need to be answered first. 这些问题是急需要了解清楚。
