 蜕膜病

 支持：妊娠黄体。

  卵巢妊娠黄体

 图片符合妊娠黄体改变。注意大小：仅仅1.5cm。月经黄体和妊娠黄体如果不造成明确的临床症状，如破裂出血，急腹症等，是没有必要切除的。缺乏经验的临床医生有时把黄体误为囊肿进行剔除。

 正常卵巢组织伴妊娠改变。见蜕膜化和黄体。

产科医生经常把妊娠改变当成病变切掉。

 卵泡膜细胞瘤 部分黄素化

 Agree with some of the above discussion; it appears to be Involuting corpus luteum and decidulization (associated with pregnancy), non-neoplastic.

 良性病变

 大体感觉像黄体,镜下大部分是卵巢间质的感觉,中间散在着片状的黄素化细胞;还有区域就是蜕膜样的成份,但细胞界限十分清楚,并且其内血管十分丰富

 考虑黄素化卵泡膜细胞瘤。
